What Is Included
- One 30-minute initial consultation
- Review of up to 10 key files containing no more than 30 pages in total
- Review of up to 20 relevant photographs
- Identification of the strongest available records
- Identification of obvious gaps, inconsistencies or missing information
- A concise one-to-two-page written findings and priority-action summary
- The three actions requiring the most immediate attention
- Delivery within two business days after the initial consultation has been completed and all agreed information has been received
Material exceeding the stated limits or involving multiple substantial issues may require a Rapid Issue Review or separately quoted service.

The Priority Construction Evidence Triage is an initial construction-record review. It is not legal advice, an expert report or a guarantee of payment, recovery or dispute resolution.
The $195 fee may be credited toward a Rapid Issue Review when the client upgrades within seven calendar days after receiving the triage findings and the wider review is accepted by Build Arbiter.
