Protect the Work. Prove What Happened. Strengthen Your Position.

Build Arbiter helps contractors, subcontractors, owners, developers and project teams organize the photographs, daily records, instructions, change events and payment evidence behind construction problems.

Whether work is unpaid, scope is disputed, progress is unclear or project records are incomplete, we help establish what happened, what is missing and what needs attention next.

Larger project reviews and ongoing documentation support are also available.

Construction Problems Become Expensive When the Records Are Weak

The work may have been completed correctly, but that does not mean it can be proved.

Missing photographs, incomplete daily reports, unclear instructions, undocumented delays, disputed changes and weak payment records can turn completed work into unpaid work or an ordinary project issue into a serious dispute.

Build Arbiter helps organize the available facts, identify what is missing and establish the practical actions needed before the position becomes harder to protect.

Unpaid or disputed work
Change orders and variations
Delay and disruption events
Scope disagreements
Missing photographs
Weak daily reports
RFIs and unanswered decisions
Defects and punch-list issues
Payment records
Project-documentation recovery

For Contractors and Subcontractors

Protect completed work, strengthen payment submissions, organize change events and identify missing evidence before the records become difficult to recover.

For Owners, Developers and Project Managers

Understand what happened, what has been properly documented, what remains unsupported and what action is needed before approving work or payment.

What You Receive

You receive a concise written findings and priority-action summary identifying:

  • The issue as presently understood
  • The strongest available records
  • Obvious gaps or inconsistencies
  • Information that should be obtained or preserved
  • The three actions requiring the most immediate attention
  • Whether a wider review appears justified

The summary is intended to help organize and understand the present position. It is not a legal opinion, expert report or determination of contractual entitlement.

The Service May Be Suitable When

  • Work has been completed but payment is uncertain or disputed
  • A change was instructed but the supporting record is incomplete
  • A delay or access issue is beginning to affect progress
  • Photographs, messages and project records are disorganized
  • An independent practical construction perspective is needed before deciding what to do next

The Service Is Not Intended For

  • Full contract interpretation
  • Expert-witness opinions
  • Engineering, architectural or code-compliance certification
  • Large claims involving extensive records or multiple substantial issues
  • Guaranteed payment recovery or dispute resolution

The Priority Construction Evidence Triage is an initial construction-record review. It is not legal advice, an expert report or a guarantee of payment, recovery or dispute resolution.

Practical Construction Judgment Built Through Decades of Experience

Build Arbiter is built on decades of hands-on construction and project-delivery experience across residential, commercial, high-rise and infrastructure work.

That experience spans site delivery, contractor coordination, project management, construction management, project controls and dispute-sensitive working environments.

Build Arbiter applies practical construction judgment when the work performed, the available records and the commercial position no longer tell the same story.

Our role is to organize the facts, identify gaps in the available evidence and help clients determine the next practical action from a stronger factual position.

Practical Construction Perspective
Evidence-Led Review
Clear Findings and Next Actions

Delay Can Weaken an Otherwise Strong Position

As time passes, documents can become harder to locate, important details can be forgotten and the people involved may remember events differently.

Early review can identify missing records, preserve available evidence and provide more options before the problem becomes harder or more expensive to address.
